My story

I didn’t set out to build a brand—I set out to make things that mattered.

For a long time, my life has been centered around people. Real life, real struggles, real moments that don’t always look perfect but mean everything. I’ve always been drawn to connection—understanding people, helping where I can, and creating spaces where others feel seen, safe, and supported.

That’s where everything I do begins.

I’m an author, a creator, a mom, a wife, and someone who has learned how to build something meaningful in the middle of a very full, very real life. My work isn’t built from theory—it’s built from experience.

The stories I write, especially in my children’s books, come from a deep desire to help kids understand their emotions, build confidence, and feel like they belong. Through the Dino & Friends series and the Harmony Helpers resources, I’ve created tools that support not just children, but the adults guiding them—teachers, parents, and caregivers who are doing their best every day.

But my work doesn’t stop there.

I’ve always believed that connection shows up in more than just one place. It shows up in the spaces we create, the way we care for others, and the small details that make life feel a little more peaceful.

That’s what led me to expand beyond books.

Whether it’s creating resources for classrooms, designing products that bring comfort into a home, or opening the doors to our family’s Airbnb so others can rest and reconnect, everything I build is rooted in the same purpose—to create experiences that feel thoughtful, intentional, and real.

Harmony Helpers is the place where all of those pieces come together. It’s not just a website—it’s a collection of the things I’ve built with intention. A place where stories, resources, products, and experiences all live under one roof, designed to support people in different ways depending on where they are in life.

Some people come here looking for books.

Some are here for tools to help children.

Some are looking for a place to stay, a product to enjoy, or simply something that feels a little more grounded and genuine.
